· The UC Davis ICPMS lab
volunteered to quantify the amount of lead (Pb) present in certain children's
lunchboxes. All lunchboxes tested positive for varying amounts of Pb. Our
local KCRA-3 in Sacramento featured the story on 5/08/06.

· The UC Davis ICPMS lab
volunteered to quantify the amount of lead (Pb) present in certain children
Halloween costumes, which included a mask, props, and fabric. All costumes
pieces tested positive for Pb, with a mask having the highest levels. Our
local KCRA-3 in Sacramento featured the story on 10/31/05.
